Frequently asked questions
How do I earn points?
Take clean, segregated waste to a Trash Deals drop point that accepts that material. Once the deposit is checked and weighed, points are added to your account. Each material has its own rate per kilogram.
Do my points expire?
Not during the pilot. Your balance carries over until you spend it, and we will give clear notice before that ever changes.
Can I redeem points for cash?
Points can only be redeemed for coupons, products, and workshop passes listed on the platform. Cash redemptions are not supported.
How long does a coupon last?
Each coupon has its own expiration date, usually between 7 days and 1 month. You can check the specific expiration date directly on the coupon card.
